Bear Mug is a collaboration with our good friends at Kuma Coffee in Seattle, WA. This year, we're brewing a special batch of our award-winning Robust Porter with a custom blend from Kuma for Reuben's AM Brews. Bear Mug is rich and roasty with an added layer of fruity sweetness from the 2022 Bear Mug coffee blend featuring 100% Pacas beans from two brothers in Santa Barbara: Marzo Munoz and Erin Lopez Munoz.

Can from Tavour. Pours very dark and ruddy mahogany. Foamy tan head. Nice coffee aroma. Med body at least. Flavor is coffee, dark fruit, dark malt, some chocolate notes. Not quite dry. Coffee and dark malt bitter. Good flavor.

On tap at Reuben's, pours a deep dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma is full of fresh coffee beans, with modest sweetness and some toasted malt. Flavour is rather thin and lifeless, with thin cold brew-like coffee and light toasted malt. Needs more body — rather lifeless. Meh.

Black body with medium lasting off white head. Light coffee and malt aroma. Coffee taste with a malt layer. Long sweet finish
