bottle - cellared for a bit. Light golden color - good carb. the saison/hop dynamic worked beautifully here - very enjoyable

Capped 500 from Tavour. Pours slightly translucent gold with a smallish white head. Aroma of lemon, melon and mild funk. Med body. Flavor is lemon, melon and mild, pleasant funk. Dry. Moderately bitter. Exquisite.
