Capped 500 from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours translucent gold with a head that left immediately. Tart/sour aroma of citrus and pale stone fruit. Med body. It's very tart, but definitely approachable. Sour citrus and something like peach and grapes. Drinks nicely after an initial pause for reflection. Quite dry.

Draft. Slightly hazy straw beer with a cream head. Sour and light acetic aroma with light summer fruit. Sour and acetic flavor with summer fruit andlemon. Medium bodied. Sour and acetic notes linger with summer fruit and lemon.
