[ As Lancashire Mead Dragonsbreath Freya 2016 ].Clear light to medium yellow colour with a amber touch, virtually no head. Aroma is moderate honey, wood, alcohol, light fruity - orange notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, honey, wood, alcohol, earthy, fruity honey - floral honey. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic.
