Satanic panic is a sociological phenomenon that first arose in the early 80's. Everyone was horrified of being subjected to satanic ritual abuse. We have conjured a satanic ritual in the form of a dark, thick imperial stout brewed with vanilla, molasses, cacao nibs, lactose and freshly roasted coffee. This is our over the top tribute to the darkness.

Tap@Inferno, Copenhagen - black pour with a beige head and lacing. Sweet and roasted malty aroma and taste, big chocolate and caramel sweetness coming in, heavy coffee floods in, hoppy backing, roasted malty into the close.

Can from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is dark malt with cocoa, roast, vanilla, lactose, syrup, caramel fudge, and some coffee. Flavour is massive syrupy sweetness with a moderate to medium bitterness. Body is creamy and full. Quite sweet and syrupy, a bit too much frankly.

Canned. Deep brown colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is coffee, some toffee, roast and mild spicy and some herbs. Flavour is coffee, some lactose and some vanilla along with toffee and some slight alcohol too. Surprisingly little aftertaste in this one.

Backlog March 2019, Batch #1 - 9,8%. Pitch black body under a dense beige head. Strong, nice aroma of dark, roasted malt, dark chocolate, vanilla and alcohol. Taste is sweet, smooth roasted dark malt, lots of chocolate, vanilla and some coffee. Very sweet, but sure a nice pastry stout from the times before it all vent silly.

Can. Dark brown with a tan head that fizzes away in seconds. Aroma of very sweet coffee, some roast, nutmeal, spices. Silky texture with low carbonation. Bolder roast balances the coffee in the taste but it's still unrelentingly sweet with sadly noticeable lactose, OK vanilla and an odd silver foil note I didn't love. OK, but cried out for a finish.
