Our very first truly Gluten-Free beer. Brewed with rice and French cider then fermented with a specially selected Sake yeast strain. This brew was hopped and dry-hopped with a complex blend including NZ Nelson Sauvin & French Mistral hops. The result is a dry ale with mouth-watering white fruit expressions and an ethereal floral nose wafting up from this slightly hazy golden nectar.
