Cherry red with a trace head. Dryish, tart and musty with a cherry presence. Long finish. Medium body.

McBerko is right, this one needs work. I think it is just too old, and could benefit from a traditional 1-2-3 year blend. This one is faded, really weak mouthfeel. Natural cherry tone, but too eaten up. Natural and more enticing than puree crap, but this is still pretty much a waste of good cherries and time at the end of the day.

On tap at Dovetail, pours a cloudy dark reddish amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is full of balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire, light wild yeast, and pitted fruits. Flavour has some phenols upfront, with tart pitted fruits, balsamic/acetic notes, and some wild yeast. Too much phenolic and acetic character. This needs a lot of work.

On tap at the brewery. Pours ruby with small off white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is cherry skin and vinegar. Slick body, sweet cherry, acidic, vinegar, very good.
