Served On CASK in the taproom. This deep mahogany, pub-style ale is brewed with Maris Otter malt as well as chocolate and crystal malts. Target and Savinjski Golding hops provide a balancing dryness. Finishes soft on the palate with flavors of caramel, toffee and fig on the finish.

16oz can. Rather solid example of the style. Rich malt tone, but perfectly balanced. Toffee, caramel, fig are apt descriptors. Sublime, classical, and rather different than most beers out there these days. Solid. A little closer to Brown Ale than most examples. Great beer.
