(Tap) clear, bright yellow colour with a small white head; aroma of jam, cereal; dryish flavor with a long, medium bitter finish with mineral after finish

Tap at WD. Clean, really cool beer. Big rice tone. Smoke tone is faint, mild, but certainly present and part of the equation. Rich and bready, not thin. Earthy faded brown rice. Different. Nice balance. Good stuff.
