16 ounce can from Tavour. Hazed medium gold color. Large pillowy white head. Earthy malt aroma has yeasty notes. Light, spritzy malt flavor has notes of hay and cut grass. Subtle hops in middle. Light dry finish has lemony notes.

Aromas are citrus, yeast, malt, spice and a little floral. Flavors are similar to nose, with good balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. Honey bittersweet in the finish. Okay attempt at the style. Junction Road store.

On tap at Supermoon, pours a hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma is really fragrant, with lots of rustic saison yeast, wild yeast, and white pepper � yeah, that�s nice. Flavour is rustic and peppery, with a very nice, subtle but complex saison yeast expression, wild yeast, and white pepper. Just enough carb to bring out the yeast. Carefully crafted and vibrant. Excellent saison.

12oz bottle. Kind of has that old school US Saison taste, but fleshed out NE IPA style with its body. I get some serious off tones in the aroma, more than the first time I had this beer. Pretty amateurish overall.

Keg at the brewery, 8/6/23. Hazy orange, large white head, good retention. Aroma of bready malt, apricot, honey, yeast. Taste is bready malt, bubblegum, yeast, spice. New brewery! Brewery # 2200!!!!! WOOHOO!!!! USA # 1795, WI # 206.
