Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5
Black beer, thin tan head. Light, sweet and smokey aroma. The smoke gives it that bit of umami right off the bat, a little chilli warmth but not overpowering, a bit of sweet spice and of course some sweet chocolate in there too. Decent body and very nicely balanced which isn't always the case with this sort of thing.
