Black colour, barely any head. Aroma of dark chocolate, with a trace of smoke and spirit. Full bodied, thick, sweet, with lovely dark chocolate flavour, mix of nuts, and ton of spirit.
I would't say this is elegant, but the result is surely enjoyable.

22oz (thx, Brian S.!) shared with Farees on Alex's porch. Appearance: very dark brown with almost no head. Aroma: a complex mix of many different barrels, sweet, some dark fruits. Taste: very sweet, quite thick, tons of different barrel notes, a bit sludgy. Finishes with sweet burnt barrel notes. Have a feeling that sweetness is not completely supported by the body here. It's getting away, though, when beer is getting more warm. Overall: quite complex and nice, would be cool if the sldge component wouldn't be present, though.

Chocolate, thick, roasted malts, cacao nibs, mega blend, Bourbon, i like this…. Barrel blend… nice
