Klares dunkelrötliches Bier mit einer ordentlichen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch kräftig malzig, viele winterliche Gewürze. Geschmack sehr würzig, kräftig malzig, Zimt, Ingwer, Kürbis.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, ruddily mahogany colour with small to average, half-way lasting, fairly lacing, beige head. Spicy aroma, notes of ginger, hints of other spices, cardamom, cinnamon, a touch of apricot fruit gum. Taste delivers a mixture of ginger and other spices with piney hops on caramel basis, hints of aniseed, liquorice, dried apricot, minimally dry and soapy overall, bitter finish. Slightly inharmonious, but not bad crafted overall.
