Draught @ SKAAL, Kultorvet 11, Copenhagen, Denmark 1175. [ As VonFreude Hygge Hibernation ].Clear dark medium brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, herbs, spicy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long to average duration, dark malt, sweet malt, spicy, Xmas spices, sweet spices, spicy bitter. (bottle, 33cl) Hazy, amber to copper colour with a big but collapsing slightly tanned foamy head. Present ginger spice in the nose with sourish fruity notes and a mildly malty background. Slightly sweet and delicately sour flavour, medium bodied at best, moderate carbonation.
