[ As Herslev Farmers Winter Saison ].Light unclear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, hay, straw, moderate yeasty, horseblanket, leather, funky, saison yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, farmyard, saison yeast, hay, straw, sweet mat - sweet yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
