The Iron Man (IJzeren Man) was the huge steam excavator that made the hole where today you can find the lake of Vught. A bold machine, just like our IJzeren Man. Our interpretation of an American IPA, hopped with Citra and Amarillo. Not as fruity as the Westcoast IPA's and not as dry bitter as the British Originals - just in the delicious middle.

Fles thuis geprobeerd. Het is een licht troebel oranje bruin bier met een volle beige schuim. Het heeft een aroma van hop en fruit. De smaak is vol fruitig en zacht hoppig met een lekker bittertje in de afdronk.
