Keg at BrewDog Shoreditch - London. Pours hazy red-pink with a creamy, white head. Tart berries in the nose, some lactic notes, light herbs. Light sweet flavour, fairly dry, a little chalky, with notes of tart raspberry, flinty medicine tablets, cherry, sand. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with more tart raspberry, chalky and lightly medicinal dryness, very faint cereal, cherry. Interesting beer.

Keg at the perseverance. Hazed peach and orange pink coloured pour with a fleeting pink froth. Aroma is buyteric, bruised raspberry. Light tartness, faint vinegar. Flavour is composed of woody tart raspberry, semi puckering, tangy tart raspberry. A little dirty. Big lacto acid. Palate is very sharp on the tongue, zingy, highish carbonation. Not without flaws.
