South African-Italian fusion. Low abv pale ale brewed with unique African Queen hops sourced directly from a farm in George (Eastern Cape). Hints of blueberries, cassis, passion fruit. Oh - we have also added some Italian strawberries to remind us of home.

Keg at bow bar.. Dry fruits.. Herbal zezty fruits nose... Again too fizzy.. Big dry fruit.. Light vegative edge

ABV: 4.0%. Cloudy matt medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, floral, minerals, light peach. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, floral, minerals, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20181020]

On keg at the Bow Bar. Appearance - hazy golden with a decent head. Nose - some strawberry for sure, though citrus is the main thing. Taste - lemon more than strawberry. Dry biscuit finish. Palate - light bodied and creamy. Dry finish. Overall - decent.
