On tap at Explorium - Milwaukee, pours a clear golden orange with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of resinous hops, sweet caramel malt, and a touch of pine. Flavour is balanced between sweet caramel malt and oily resinous hops. Sweet and malty, but the hops are strong enough to impart plenty of bitterness to balance. Pretty solid.

Sweet, big. Somewhat OK classical IIPA tones, but a little too sweet for me. Grapefruit flavoring is never a bonus. Good for Gluten reduced I suppose.

Keg at the brewpub. Clear copper, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of grapefruit, resin, pale malt. Taste is melon, grapefruit, pale malt. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness. Kinda tame for a DIPA.
