Cask at GBBF 2016. It pours clear golden amber with medium bubbly white head. The aroma is fresh, citrus peel, hay, spice, margarita, straw and cereal. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, pine needles, grass, oily, resin, grapefruit, lemon rind, peppery spice, tinned fruit and dried apricot wit with a dry, peppery finish. Medium body, soft carbonation and oily mouth - feel. Fair enough.
