On tap at Supermoon, pours a hazy golden with a medium white bead. Aroma has a fragrant mix of dry hopping, oak, and subdued vinous notes. Flavour is complex, with rustic saison yeast, plenty of dry-hopping, and a touch of dry white wine grapes. Complex and well-balanced. This is excellent..

Tap at Supermoon. Clean well attenuated body. The grape tone works a lot better than most beers like it. Good balance, mouthfeel. Certainly has a sour edge but restrained, works well. Decent malt and chewyness for the style. Good stuff.
