A really guzzleable terroir-driven lager brewed with locally sourced Deer Creek Malthouse Colonial Pilsner malt, hopped enthusiastically with Saaz and a sprinkle of Grungeist. Fermented with our monastic lager yeast and cold rested for weeks.

Notes of farmers’ market bread stalls, soft pear perfume, lemon scented herbs drying, ripe dough, and just honest beer flavors. We’re so excited to continue our lager exploration.

16 oz can from Half Time, 7/28/24. Clear gold, white head. Decently strong lace. Grainy, herbal, grassy, and bright. Lots of flavor. Light melon, citrus close. Somewhat dry. Really tasty. 8/4/9/4/17

2022 version. Really awesome lager. Clean lager tones, big zesty hop tone, bready malt. Medium bodied, supremely sessionable and enjoyable.
