We brewed this beer using authentic Rappahannock River Oysters brought to us by Rappahannock Oyster Company. That's right, we boiled up a bushel of oysters in our kettle to create a slight meaty and briny aroma that is followed by the tasty chocolate and roasted malts. This beer has an incredibly silky mouth feel that finishes out with a malty sweetness to balance the hop bitterness.
