The only thing we love more than our home on the range, is sharing it with friends. So we invited Oliver Brewing Company to the farm to help us with the first brew in our collaboration. This West Coast IPA pours a pale gold with white foam. Aggressive dry hopping with Amarillo, Simcoe, and Falconer’s Flight hops provide aromas of grapefruit, pineapple, lemon, pine, and tropical fruit followed by the style’s trademark firm bitterness. Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
12oz can. Pretty solid IPA. Nice hop depth, a little more bitterness wouldn't have hurt, and a little more malt depth might have been nice too. Sort of maintains haze sensibilities, doesn't really have the chewiness or fullness of a good IPA. Kind of drinks like a strong Pale Ale. Good.
