Bottle to Belgian tulip.
Appearance: semi-glossy cardboard yellow color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated to leave some mild lace
Aroma: sweet hay, lemon, coriander, subtle banana, Belgian candy
Flavor: blends all the prior mentioned aromas semi-sweetly with a stiff malty Belgian quality, mild Belgian candy to lemon aftertaste
Texture: between light and medium bodied, somewhat sessionable, finishes somewhat lemony with the Belgian candy
Overall: not bad as a patersbier, I believe I could have again.

12oz bottle. Has some of that coriander/orange peel flavor going on, big apricot esters. Quite unique, well executed. Easy medium body, but lots of subtleties. Doesn't drink as malty as what I would expect from the style. OK.
