Hirsipuu ei ole saanut esikuvaansa maailman suosituimmasta kahden hengen arvauspelistä, vaan esikuvana ovat klassiset belgialaiset tripelit. Tämä on vahva ja vaalea olut, jossa narun jatkona keikkuu herkkää esterisyyttä, floraalista hedelmäisyyttä ja mausteisuutta, mutta pohjalautoihin tukea tuo maltaan luoma makeus. Kokemuksena Hirsipuu on harmoninen ja tasapainossa, vaikka asia tarkistettaisiin vatupassilla.

Can from Havnens Vin & Tobakhus. Pours hazy dark golden with large white head. Aroma is malt, apples, yeast, grass, herbs, dandelion, overripe pear, and hints of milk. Taste is medium to very sweet, light bitter, and faint acidic. Body is oily with soft carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, ripe fruit, grass, yeast, herbs and hints of milk

Hoppy and yeaty, malty, bready. Some earthy notes, pretty dry for a tripel. Nice.

Draught @ Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto.
Poured unclear and deep orange/light amber in color.
Has Belgian yeast, sweetness, notes of banana and warmth. Round and smooth with a warming finish. Elegant.

0,44l can from the brewery. Canned 3/25, bbe 30.3.2026. Clear golden beer with medium, very stable and cloudy head. Aroma and flavor is Belgium yeast, banana, spices and honey. Sweet.
