Our take on the traditional German festbier. This beer was step mashed with Weyermann Premium Pilsner malt, Munich and Vienna malt, then lightly hopped with Styrian Kolibri. Naturally carbonated through fermentation.
Made to be drank in large quantities, zum Wohl!

Tap at Pien, Helsinki. Colour is Dark orange with small white head. Very German style. Aromas and flavours: Some sweetness, grain malts... pretty strong flavors honey too

(Keg at Tower, Tripla, 20240928) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, honey, molasses and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, malts, molasses, honey, light fruitiness and medium bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. A tasty and balanced malty brew.

Malty, clean, a bit sweet. Bread with some grains, soft, a dry finish. Nice.

Smooth, slightly malty and bready with hints of crispy hoppiness, grass, hay and earthiness. Pretty crushable
