40 days cold matured, with a crackery malt sweetness that quickly balanced by the pronounced hop bitterness. Bitterness is firm but not harsh, providing a refreshing, clean, crisp finish. You’ll detect spicy hop flavors, along with light subtle citrus notes that Italians love, perfect with pizza or any food. A well-rounded and easy-to-drink beer.

(Keg at Mad Finn Helsinki, thanks fonefan, 20240828) The beer poured yellow and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grapefruit, menthol and floralness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grapefruit, passion fruit, tart fruits, citrus fruits and bitterness. Aftertaste had tart fruits and low bitterness. A stylewise correct NEIPA.
