Une bière hybride à la fois blanche et IPA, pleine d’amertume surprenante qu’on redécouvre à chaque fois qu’on la boit. Ses notes fraiches et épicées, alliées à la coriandre en font la parfaite bière estivale.

(Keg at Station Pub, Rennes, 20240609) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had coriander, citrus fruits, pine and grapefruit. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, grass, coriander, grapefruit, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was dry, spicy and bitter. A brew with pleasant aroma but the taste was disappointing: all the flavours were just musty.
