Sahtilation is a TRUE Finnish Sahti, but with a twist of juicy Citra hops. No junipers were hurt! Sickly thick and oily malt bill has deep taffy and dried fruit flavors with a hint of rye bread. Spicy/fruity aromas of the baker's yeast meld with apricot and citrus peel aromas of Citra. STORE COLD - DRINK FRESH!

Draught @ Konttori Aroma has sweetish caramel malt and mild fruity hoppiness. Flavour has sweetish malt, ripe banana, mellow fruity hoppiness. Finishes slightly messy with some yeasty tones. Lingering hoppiness at the end of the glass. Warming alcohol. Mild-ish sahti with some hops added. Not overhopped. Decent.

(Keg at Juova, 20231213) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was medium small and white. Aroma had malts, juniper, banana and pine. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were pine, resin, banana, juniper, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, malty and bitter. A tasty sahti with very untraditional hops.
