Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a lacing, roughing beige head. Chocolatey roast aroma withal hint of oak. Rich and solid body, chocolate and roasty with discreet Bourbon notes. Roasty bitterness. 230825

Smell of roasted malt, peat, some oak. Very dark brown colour, small brown head. Aroma of bourbon, oak, roasted malt, peat, ash. Medium bitter. Surprisingly light body. Soft carbon. Dry palate.

330ml bottle, sold to me by djoeye. Shared with Finn. Stable fawn-coloured head over a pitch black body, scattered lacing. Smoothly roasted grainy chocolate on the nose, attractive. Fine malt-forward taste of chocolate and caramel, on a backbone of oak. Roasted, semi-dry, long tail with warming alcohol, rather sweet. Slow sipper qualities. (Tromsø, 29.03.2025).

Bottle (from Alko web). Pitch black colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is mild peated tones with some wooden, slight alcohol, chocolaty and mild bourbon sweetness to it. Flavour is roasted, some nutty, mild sweet chocolaty and a bit alcohol sweetness tones with some nuts as well. Smooth, but still showing it's strength.
