We’ve scored a hat trick with the third brew in the Switchblade series of NEIPAs that uses our best-selling Unicorn Farm recipe. This time generously hopped with Citra and Galaxy, this hazy, orange-colored, full-bodied brew with tropical fruit aromas is proof that good things come in threes. Like other famous trios—the number of (good) Star Wars movies, or the Three Stooges—this beer rounds out our tasty Switchblade Edge series.

(Keg at Viisi Penniä, 20230707) The beer poured pale golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grapefruit, white bread and citrus fruits. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grapefruit, ripe fruits, spiciness, creamy toffee, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. The aroma had too strong bready notes but the taste was pleasing.
