Ilola juhlaolut on lähiluonnon antimilla maustettuna sopiva juoma kaikkiin juhliin. Red Ale olueksi lukeutuva Ilola hivelee nauttijansa näköaistia punaisella värillään. Nimensä olut on saanut Porvoossa sijaitsevan Ilolan (Illby på svenska) kylän mukaan. Kylä on tunnettu Postimäestä, joka on eräs parhaiten säilyneitä käsityöläis- ja mäkitupa-asutuksia maassamme. Museovirasto on ottanut Ilolan kylän ja Ilolanjoen kulttuurimaiseman valtakunnallisesti merkittävien kulttuurihistoriallisten ympäristöjen luetteloon.

Earthy, grainy and malty with some stuffy yeastiness, hints of caramel and toffee.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, thanks VastActiv, at VastActiv, 20230518) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had vegetables and caramel. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were vegetables, caramel and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. Weird.

33cl bottle. Poured clear golden. Light bodied, candy, some tar like notes. Easy.

Bottle 0.33l at home, Espoo. Color cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Some fruits, caramel, pine, malts... Watery and little bit of strange.
