Keg at Olutravintola Pikkulintu. Aroma has sweet vanilla and booze. Dark and glossy. Thin creamy beige head soon recedes. Rich and malty. Chocolate.... Mocha. Sweet vanilla edge throughout. Develops a bitter bite in the tail-end, including booze. Medium bodied. Creamy. Flat-average carbonation. Long astringent finish.

Draught @ Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, Helsinki. Sweet and heavy with roastiness, loads of vanilla, hints of oaky woodiness, some licorice and bitterness. Not quite as balanced as the regular one

(Keg at Pikkulintu Myyrmäki, 20230223) The beer poured black. Its head was small and lightly brown. Aroma had dark chocolate, vanilla, coffee and ash. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, coffee, vanilla, sweetness, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, burnt and bitter. A decent burnt brew with sweet vanilla notes.

Tap at Pikkulintu Myyrmäki, Vantaa. Colour is Very dark brown with small slightly brownish head. Aromas and flavours: Licorice, coffee some chocolate roasted malts... pretty much Licorice.
