Mussukka is a refreshing sour ale with deep flavors of blueberries and raspberries. Our favorite method of sour fermenting with the mixture of bacteria and yeasts naturally existing in the malt was used to achieve more complex sour character. A touch of sea salt for mouthfeel and flavor.
Fermentables: Wheat, Pale Ale
Hops: Hüll Melon
Spices: Blueberry, Raspberry
Yeast: Soured with malt/S-04.

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2024. Red colour with a pinkish small head. Aroma is blueberries, raspberries and some slight salty tones with a nice tartish tones to it. Flavour is blueberries, raspberries, some slight salty and mild tart wooden tones to it.

Keg @ Juova, Helsinki. Poured blueberry color. Blueberries and raspberries in unison. Sweet and sour. Balanced and tasty, nice mouthfeel.
