Can. Nice creamy orange, some white foam on the top. Light, clean and hoppy nose. Fruity base and some malty backbone there, maybe, but masterfully balanced with good fruity hoppy bitter character. Taste is also hoppy, somewhat slick with hop oils and resins, goes down smooth. Flavorful and with several different levels of bitterness, finishing off with quite intense linger and light bitter hop tingle continuing for some time. One of the most balanced, yet potent DIPA's I have had.

Tap at Hair of the Dog, Phloen Chit, Bangkok. Poured a slightly hazy light amber colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, slightly weedy, light citrus fruit, dry hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a smooth, rich, malt, gluey, light toffee, weedy, light resin, light citrus fruit, dry hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Pour is a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is a real nice peach and tropical fruit. Flavor is more of a mango and red apple. A little bitterness is felt after the swallow. This was a pretty good tropical fruit hop bomb.

Pours deep gold into a snifter. White head with excellent retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Mango and mango passion fruit aromas. Soft with sweet caramel and pine upfront turning to earthy resin in the warm lasting finish.

Can, from City Hops. Pours cloudy golden with large foamy white head, stinky cheese-citrus aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter tate with citrus-apricot, faint stinky cheese, smooth body, long finish. Very well balanced.
