Sonnit vaarallisilla vesillä! Vaihteeksi sitä perinteisempää sonnisumutusta, eli sen verran rajua kampetta, että kuivahumaloinnin myötä osa tavarasta oli pitkin lattioita, seiniä ja kattoakin, mutta tokihan kohtaloa hirmuisinta uhmattiin ja liemi kuivahumaloitiin vielä toiseenkin kertaan. Näiden myötä sopasta saatiinkin erittäin intensiivinen pläjäys sitrusöljyjä, herukkapuskaa ja sitä paheellista dänkkiäkin. Tuntuma on öljyinen sekä paksuhko ja suuta juuri sopivasti kuivattavan jälkimaun kruunaa greippisenä jäytävä katkeruus. Beware!

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2024. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is grassy, sweet fruity and some pineapple tones with oats. Flavour is tropical fruits, some mild herbal tones with some oats and mild alcohol sweetness. Tropical fruity aftertaste with some mild bitterness to it as well.

Draught SOPP 2024 Aroma has tropical fruits and fruit juice. Flavour has fruit juice, tropical fruits, grapefruity hoppiness and mild minerals & grass. Crisp, hoppy and easy to drink.

Keg @ SOPP Helsinki 2024. Poured hazy and orange in color. Nectary, sweet fruity and juicy, soft mouthfeel. Delicious and very drinkable. Some bitterness builds up later.

Smell of fruit. Opaque golden colour, white head. Aroma of juice, hops, oat, citrus. Soft carbon. Medium bitter, lightly sweet. Good one.
