We took the beer and let it age a good time on Dos Hombres mezcal oak.
We are super pleased with the end result balancing perfectly between the mezcal, oak and raspberries.

Draught@Craft Beer Helsinki 2024. Hazy orangeish pink colour with a small white head. Aroma is caramel, some fruits, mild floral tones with raspberries and some rubbery tones. Flavour is caramel, fruits, floral and raspberry elements with some gluelike and rubbery tones to it. Feels like a Saison gone to waste tbh...

Sampled at Craft Beer Helsinki 2024. Poured deep orange in color. Mescaly sweetness, touch of raspberries and fruits. Fairly complex brew.

Sample at CBH2024, Helsinki. Color is cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, berries, red berries, raspberries... pretty much what label says.

A small taste from a friend (tap) @ Craft Beer Helsinki 2024. Pours hazy orange with a medium creamy head. Aroma is sweet and tart malts with berries. Flavor is sweet and tart malts with berries, alcohol. Good.
