35th anniversary beer for our dear beer club "Oulun Olutseura". This thirst-quenching American Wheat is just perfect lubricant for serious pub crawls of any sort. We paired Belgian wheat malt and British Pale Ale for some depth of flavor, and seasoned the brew with both American and Australian hops. The hop blend produced classic citrus/floral notes and some stonefruit melding into slightly peppery/woody finish. Neutral American Ale yeast let the hops shine: no bananas or cloves in here!
