Putting it under this one, no mention of ungespundet. From keg @ Gallows Bird. Poured hazy and golden in color. Smooth and quaffable with dusty grainy maltyness. Light peppery touch. Solid brew.

(Keg at Gallow's Bird Tapiola, 20210227) The beer poured golden and lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, grain and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, lightly fruitiness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was grassy, malty and bitter. A pleasant and clean grassy brew.

From backlog. Cask. Smooth, slightly grainy malty and grassy hoppy with some earthiness, some hay and citrus. Okay, quite soft.
