Simcoe is the name of the hazy game in this IPA. Simcoe was utilized on the hot side and during both of the dry hopping stages. We used some Mosaic Incognito-extract in the whirlpool and Galaxy hops at early dry hopping to complement the grapefruity-catty-stonefruit-piney character of Simcoe.

Keg @ Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, Helsinki. Poured hazy and deep yellow in color,. Resiny hops, orange fruits and sweetness. Bit stuffy.

Draught @ Lakeuden Panimojuhlat Aroma has strong fruitiness typical to Simcoe. Flavour has minerals, some grapefruit, tropical fruits. Finishes with lingering bitterness. It's a Simcoe alright. At the end this is a bit too dryfor my taste.

Tap at Barski, Helsinki. Color is very cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, hops and malts. OK.

Rated at Juova Hanahuone. Crisp, grassy and herbal hoppy with some fruits, pine, citrus, grapefruit and lingering bitterness.
