Uncle Mushburger is a lighter rendition of our classic Pacific Uncle West Coast IPA, tailored for easy drinking. This version maintains the late additions and dry-hopping of its predecessor, offering a delightful citrusy and fruity aroma from Amarillo and Simcoe hops. In surfing, a 'mushburger' wave is gentler and easier to ride; similarly, this IPA offers a smooth, approachable experience.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Clear blushing golden, smal head. Aroma of grapefruit and nectarine. Mid sweet with light to medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Nectarine and pineapple, some grapefruit on slender bready malt. Mid bitter finish.

Can (from Hanahuone Juova, Helsinki). Hazy yellowish golden colour, mediumsized white foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is floral, fruity, some mild herbal and nectary tones. Flavour is wooden, floral, mild fruity tones wtih some bready and grainy tones as well.

Can 440ml (KCM Puuvilla)
Hazy yellow colour, medium-sized white head. Yeasty, pineapple aroma. Light-bodied. Some citrus, juicy fruits, messy. Not really westcoasty.
