This medium- to light-bodied pils is crafted from traditionally floor-malted heirloom Czech barley varieties, and speciality malts to impart a traditional flavor. Here’s the delightful twist: in addition to classic dankness from Czech Saaz hops, we use American Talus hops which give a citrus and floral burst of flavor. The result is this perfect blend of velvety smooth bitterness that’s typical of a pils, with a uniquely American twist.
