Amber color, beige head. Fruity, toffeish, a bit alcoholic aroma. Toffeish, a bit alcoholic, thin mouthfeel. Light hoppy bitterness. Not abbey trippel, more like a pale barley wine.

Medium white head does not last. Light amber body. Fruity floral aroma, kind of neutral. Powerful sweet resiny honeyish taste with strong alcohol notes. Chewy candy aspect to it. Very sweet, a bit cloying. Noticeable alcohol heat and sharpness. No aftertaste. Definitely my second worst trappist ever, after the horrible Valamo 1. Oh well. (0.25l draft at the brewpub.)

(Draught at Bruuveri on 2008-06-14) Almost clear. Amber colour. Hardly any head. Malts and alcohol in nose. Full palate with some sugar and carbonation. Salty liquorice, hints of syrup, hops and alcohol in taste.
