Bottle @ Papsø-Grand-Tasting, September 2010. Pours cloudy golden with a small creamy off white head. Lots of wood and svovl. Some tart and fresh apples. Medium bodied. Dry end. Hood.

Hazy golden with a small off white head. Aroma had rotten apples. Flavor was dry with natural apples, lemons and and wood. Finished dry.
