Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with no head. The aroma has notes of vinegar, wood, and lemon. The flavor is sweet and sour with notes of vinegar and lemon leading to a tart finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear yellow, with no head at all. Dry and tart whitewhineish aroma. Light body, a little citrusy tartness - or ciderish?. Thereβs a strange edge of something biscuity revealing that this is made from cultivated "wild" yeast - especially revealing here without the fruit addition. Lacking in personality and authenticity, but a fun and daring experiment! 040910
