Imperial Baltic Porter
Kościelec is a very distinctive peak in the Polish Tatra Mountains, it rises to an altitude of 2155 meters. Before you stands an imperial Baltic porter, into which we have infused the power of mountain peaks. Enjoy!

Not pasteurized and unfiltered beer.

Opaque colour and big beige head. Toasted coffeish aroma. Medium-bodied. Roasted, sweet licorice, hoppy bitterness. Lingering bitterness. Good BP. Putoooja'25.

Barwa niemal czarna, nieprzejrzyste, piana ciemno beżowa, dość obfita, dość trwała.
W aromacie czekolada, kawa.
W smaku półsłodkie, sporo nut kawowych, ciemnej czekolady, pewna paloność. Kontra chmielowa zaznaczona.
Goryczka do średniej, wysycenie niskie do średniego, ciała dość sporo, alkohol nieźle ukryty, piwo jest dobrze ułożone.
Niezłe, dość konkretne. Brakuje jednak typowo RIS-owego pazura, smakuje bardziej jak imperialny porter.
W aromacie czekolada, kawa.
W smaku półsłodkie, sporo nut kawowych, ciemnej czekolady, pewna paloność. Kontra chmielowa zaznaczona.
Goryczka do średniej, wysycenie niskie do średniego, ciała dość sporo, alkohol nieźle ukryty, piwo jest dobrze ułożone.
Niezłe, dość konkretne. Brakuje jednak typowo RIS-owego pazura, smakuje bardziej jak imperialny porter.

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2023. Black colour with a mediumsized brown foamy head. Aroma is chocolate, toffee, some coffee, roasted malts with mild nutty tones too. Flavour is a bit roasted, some chocolaty, mild toffeeish and some slight alcohol sweetness to it. Somewhat dry palate. Quite easy going, but very enjoyable!
