Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, herbal, some mild nectary and fruity elements. Flavour is floral, some nectary, herbal, mild earthy and some grassy notes with a wee bit of floral elements.

Taster shared with Matt. Appearance: clear pale golden with a white head. Aroma: nice wild notes with lots of citrusy notes. Taste: not that great as aroma, a bit harsh, rough joppy bitterness. Overall: ok.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a clear pale copper golden with a small white head. Aroma is fairly buggy and hoppy, with rustic saison yeast, some wild bugs, and a touch of cat pee for the hops. Flavour is very dry, with lots of buggy wild yeast, rustic notes, and some dank hops. Nicely buggy and buggy well-hopped. Good stuff.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average acetic moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Can. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich citrus, little lactose acid, malt, hops and has a nice fruity finish.

ABV: 4.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, herbs, citrus, saison yeast, minerals, coriander, light earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, yeast, saison yeast, minerals, citrus, earthy - damp stain - fusty finish, coriander, light funky. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20211012]
