Draught@Il Birrificio, Helsinki. Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, citrusy, some wheat and mild tartness. Flavour is wooden, some tartness, mild wheat, citrus and a bit spicy tones. Not sure if this was intended to be a Hefeweizen, but it got something going on and went from tart to worse by the looks of it (I had mine in late July 2016).

Small slightly fizzy-creamy shortlasting head, light straw colored. Aroma is just weird, dusty medicine, harsh yeast, plastic, perfume, overripe black banana, alcohol, grain, weeds, paper, dusty cereal, shed. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish mineraly, sap, grain, grass, soda powder, minerals, paper, weeds, fruit stones, yeast, fruit salt, shed. Medium bitterness, watery and harsh medical mouthfeel. What the crap...!?

(Keg at Il Birrificio, 20161022) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had tartness and acidity. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were tartness, fruitiness, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart and bitter. A nice tart brew but lacks complexity.

Tap at Il Birrificio, Helsinki. Colour is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, citrus, some wheat and some malts. Nothing special.

Draught @ the brewpub. Crisp, tart and powdersugary with heavy fruity notes that reminds me of pear. Drinkable and refreshing.
