So the brewer claims this is a pale ale
pours a very pale yellowish color with a bubbly soon disappearing head. looks like water diluted apple juice.
aroma is best described as strange. slightly fruity with flowery notes, not unlike a water diluted sweetened cider, but fainter, faint herbal notes that reminds me of rhubarb - fun coincidence - they also make a rhubarb beer - also a note reminding me of sweet yellow orange tasting candy.
Not very beer'ish but not totally bad aroma either, way over in the strange and weird department though.
flavor is sweet, fruity, cloying, apples, cabbage-soup, overripe moudly rhubarb, sweet malts. probably the worst tasting self categorized pale ale i ever tasted, they might have had a winner in test brew but scaling up to mass production must've gone way wrong.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a pale golden with a slight haze and a small, rough, white head. A dry, dusty nose with a faint hint of camomile. Light body, yeasty, sweet malt and again a very faint note of camomile. Zero traces of hops anywhere, and has absolutely nothing to do with a Pale Ale. 050225

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear golden, small head. Unpleasant vegetable fatty nose. Sweet with light to medium body and cleanm rounded mouthfeel. Cinnamon and vegetables, fatty and fruity. Mid bittre finish.

Bottle from Føtex @ Home. Pours clear yellow with some rather nasty looking chuggy floaties and a fading white head. Aroma of malt, sugary, sweet fruit, flowers. Flavor is sweet, light malt, sugar, sweet fruit, flowers. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet finish. 121224

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some nectary and mild herbal tones with a bit earthy tones to it. Flavour is floral, some granola (musli), and mild vanilla tones to it . Strange, but actually a bit funny with the müsli effect.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of camomile, citrus fruits, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of camomile, straw, citrus, and malt, leading to a dry spicy finish.
